Traveling Assistant Manager

Assistant Manager We are looking for a retail assistant manager to assist in the overall store management. This includes several locations, Topsham , Brunswick and Augusta, Portland, Scarborough. The candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in employee recruitment, or retail management. Assistant manager responsibilities may include supervising employees, ordering, cashiering, inventory control and loss prevention, and day to day store operations. We are an employee owned company, You will earn employee stock over time.
