Job Description
- Must be able to work onsite Monday through Friday
- 1st shift (10am-7pm
- with an hour unpaid lunch )

- Job Description The IT Conversion Scheduling Coordinator supports server replacement efforts by intake, prioritization, scheduling, and coordination of server conversions.
- Monitor and triage server conversion requests (urgent and standard)
- Prioritize scheduling based on documented urgency rules and request age
- Contact stores within 24 business hours of receiving conversion requests
- Review store readiness details (IP type, time zone, network status)
- Assess risk and urgency using existing tickets and system status
- Identify and manage conflicting appointments (e.g., network upgrades)
- Schedule conversions and confirm dates with end-users
- Obtain documented approvals for expedited shipping
- Maintain accurate updates in ServiceNow, Jira, and calendars
- Document all outreach, decisions, and changes clearly and consistently Job requirements 1.

- High volume of scheduling, communication, and system updates
- Time‑sensitive, SLA‑driven work
Skills Preferred:
Project coordination, Project scheduling, customer service, phone etiquette, phone communication Additional Skills & Qualifications The internal employees will be filling out a form with the contact information for their contact information, and this person will be responsible for reaching out to those people and coordinating a time to complete their network upgrade, being cognizant of all other upgrades being scheduled, time zones, store hours, etc. This person will also be competing confirmation calls and validation calls of successful upgrades after the fact.- Please apply if you're interested in hearing more about the opportunity
