Job Description
Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for creating, adjusting and approving the scheduling of all departments including care staff Monitor staffing levels to ensure departments stay within budget Communicate with management on where holes in the schedule persist Monitor overtime hours Communicate to management of staffing plans and explanation of hours Other duties as assigned.Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED is required Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good command of English language, both oral and written. Good planning and organization skills. Experience with Microsoft Programs and/or other applicable software programs and basic computer skills.
