You are being redirected Once you are on the page, please click the refer button Job Overview Qualifications Benefits Job Overview The Stamping Operations Lead Specialist is responsible for supporting the Material Logistics Assembly Operations Lead for NA. Support functions include assisting the leadership team in coordinating communication, aligning initiatives and tracking priorities across the NA stamping plants. This individual ensures effective follow-up on key actions, supports project planning and helps drive consistency and accountability across the MLM organization. The Stamping Operations Lead Specialist participates in and promotes lean Stellantis Production Way activities. Assist in scheduling and preparing materials for leadership meetings, plant reviews, and cross-functional updates Track action items and follow-ups across multiple plants and logistics functions Support internal communication by summarizing key messages, updates, and decisions Align logistics goals and initiatives by maintaining project trackers, scorecards, and timelines Coordinate with plant logistics leads and support functions (e.g., IT, quality, HR) to ensure alignment Assist in documenting SOPs, playbooks, and best practices for consistency across plants Provide support in gathering and summarizing data for performance metrics or presentations
Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or a related field Ability to work any shift and overtime as required Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Excellent oral and written communication skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or
Google Suite Public Speaking Skills Preferred Qualifications:
