Full Job Description Scheduling Coordinator Company Overview:

The special people who deliver our unique brand of in home care for seniors (We call them Comfort Keepers®.) are carefully selected, screened, and trained to provide professional, compassionate in home care for seniors.
Job Description:
Under the general supervision of the Senior Scheduler, is responsible for accurately scheduling of qualified caregivers based on all new and current clients. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working within a fast-paced environment and has an understanding of our growing geriatric population.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED and two to five years related experience in a medical field Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Publishers, Access) Skilled in multiple lines of communication (Text, E-mail, Phone) Must be able to work under time pressures and manage multiple demands simultaneously Independent thinker with the ability for flexibility and creatively in finding solutions and solving problems
Essential Functions:
Schedule shifts and hours by matching caregiver qualification, availability, and personality to clients needs Communicate new assignments and/or schedule changes to caregivers and clients Participate in on-call rotation as assigned Works with Senior Scheduler to assist in resolution of caregiver issues What is in it for you?
