Guest Services / Golf Operations Associate

Warren Valley Golf Course is looking for energetic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team for the 2026 season! If you enjoy being outdoors and working in a fast-paced, social environment, we want to hear from you. As a member of our Guest Services team, you are the first and last point of contact for our golfers. Your goal is to ensure every guest has a seamless and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive at the bag drop until they head home.

Key Responsibilities:

Fleet Management:

Clean, detail, and stage golf carts daily; ensure they are properly fueled and stocked with scorecards and pencils.

Guest Assistance:

Greet golfers upon arrival, assist with clubs, and provide information regarding course conditions or daily events.

Practice Facility Maintenance:

Manage range ball recovery (picking the range), washing golf balls, and maintaining the cleanliness of the hitting stations.

Facility Upkeep:

Maintain the cleanliness of the cart barn, staging area, and clubhouse surrounds.

Service Excellence:

Assist the Professional Staff in the execution of golf tournaments and special events.

What We're Looking For:

A friendly, "team-first" attitude with a strong working ethic. Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Punctuality and reliability are a must. Basic knowledge of the game of golf is a plus, but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Must possess a valid driver's license.

$13.73 - $20.00 per hour
