Operations Lead

Job Overview M.L. Events Management & Production is seeking an Operations Lead (Internship → Growth Role) to help build and strengthen internal systems while supporting event execution. This role is primarily operations-focused (75%), with event support exposure (25%). The Operations Lead will work directly with the founder to organize workflows, improve internal processes, and help build the foundation for a scalable event operations company. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining systems such as timelines, checklists, and SOPs; tracking tasks and deliverables; supporting scheduling and project coordination; assisting with vendor communication and confirmations; and maintaining organization across internal tools and platforms. This role also includes hands-on exposure to event production. The selected candidate will shadow event execution, assist with setup and coordination, and gradually grow into leadership responsibilities during events. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and eager to grow within operations and event management. It is a growth-focused opportunity designed to develop into an Operations Manager role with increased responsibility over time.
