Compensation & Perks That Count:

Work-Life Balance:
Enjoy a 36-hour workweek, Monday through Friday. How You'll Make an Impact Manage the Schedule with
Precision:
Greet and check in patients, fill open appointment slots, handle scheduling challenges with professionalism, and ensure a productive daily flow.
Deliver Outstanding Patient Service:
Welcome new patients, answer calls with care, and follow up on missed or emergency appointments.
Coordinate Daily Operations:
Prepare morning meeting reports, facilitate staff huddles, and communicate with clinical and financial teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Support Administrative Tasks:
Process payments, send records, manage mail, maintain organized files, and keep the reception area clean and inviting.
Maintain Scheduling Systems:
Monitor appointment confirmations, update patient statuses, and manage recall and retention systems to keep patients engaged and on track.
Handle Special Communications:
Respond to inquiries from referral dentists, second-opinion callers, and new patient inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Keep the
Office Stocked & Organized:
Order supplies and ensure the front desk is fully equipped for daily operations. Be a
Team Player:
Participate in staff meetings, take notes, assist with miscellaneous tasks, and foster a culture of trust, respect, and cooperation across the team. The Teammate We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent At least two years related experience required OR Minimum two years of experience in dentistry, preferably orthodontics.
