Job Description
West Michigan Foot and Ankle is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team. We are currently in the process of expansion and are looking to add staff to our Manistee location. All training will begin at our Ludington office. Additionally, there is opportunity to cross-train in the chiropractic field. Looking for someone with an outgoing personality who communicates well with others, is organized, able to multi-task, and is interested in a long term position. Job responsibilities include and are not limited to: Answering phones Scheduling appointments and surgeries Coordinating appointments for alternative therapies including, but not limited to, laser treatments and shockwave treatments Managing patient intake forms, accepting payments, and collecting insurance information. This position is fast-paced, with constant room for growth and consistent team building opportunities. Prefer previous work experience in medical field or front desk. Must have knowledge of computers, EHR, insurances, and excellent phone/typing skills.
