Full Job Description Description:
Project Scheduler A detail-oriented and highly organized Project Scheduler, responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely completion of projects. Keeping projects on track, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Project Master Schedule for Production meetings Manage the Panel Shop build schedule Manage the Plastics Shop build schedule Assist Project Managers (PM) with individual project schedules to keep track of the resources Manage the Field Service schedule Schedule Inbound/Outbound Freight Communicate with Shipping/Receiving & PM's Work with carriers, brokers, and freight forwarders like
TQL, SET
Logistics, and JW Distribution Acquire freight quotes for PM's and Estimating and assist with carrier selection Prepare shipping documents for Shipping/Receiving BOL Packing Slips Commercial Invoice / USMCA Coordinate pickup/delivery times with Shipping/ Receiving Manage freight claims/carrier issues
Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
•Proficient with using Microsoft Project •Proven experience as a Project Scheduler or similar role in project management Proficiency with other scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, or equivalent software Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to analyze data and identify scheduling risks Effective communication and collaboration skills Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Associates Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in a manufacturing work environment
