We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team at Monroe Springs Rehab and Nursing Center. As a Scheduler, you will play a critical role in maintaining the daily posting of nursing staff hours and census, inputting staff vacation requests, and creating and posting the schedule on a Bi Weekly basis. Responsibilities:

Maintain the daily posting of nursing staff hours and census Input staff vacation requests and ensure accurate scheduling Create and post the schedule on a semi-monthly basis Coordinate with nursing staff to ensure adequate coverage and rotations Communicate effectively with staff, management, and other departments to ensure seamless operations Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

1 year of experience in staffing or scheduling preferred Must be CNA Certified Excellent organization and coordination skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively High school diploma or equivalent required Why join Monroe Springs Rehab and Nursing Center?
