Responsibilities:

Coordinate patient appointments and scheduling for healthcare providers and facilities Ensure accurate and efficient scheduling processes, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards Collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, and staff to resolve scheduling conflicts and issues Maintain accurate records and reports of patient appointments, cancellations, and reschedules Develop and implement processes to improve scheduling efficiency and effectiveness Act as a liaison between patients, providers, and staff to provide exceptional patient care and satisfaction

Requirements:
