We're looking for an Administrative & Operations Coordinator to work directly with company leadership and help support the day-to-day operations of a growing business. This is not a receptionist position and it's not a traditional administrative assistant role. We're looking for someone who wants to learn the business, solve problems, take ownership of projects, and grow into a larger role over time. If you enjoy working with data, organizing information, improving processes, and helping a team operate more efficiently, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting company leadership with special projects and business initiatives Gathering and organizing information for reports, audits, renewals, and operational reviews Coordinating with vendors, service providers, and business partners Tracking action items and following up to ensure projects stay on schedule Creating and maintaining spreadsheets, reports, and documentation Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency Providing general administrative support across multiple departments Who Will Be Successful In This Role The ideal candidate is naturally organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys taking ownership of their work. You don't wait to be told what to do next—you look for ways to help, solve problems, and keep things moving.
