Candidate Requirements:
This role is open ONLY to US Citizens as all candidates must be eligible for secret security clearance (clearance requires US Citizenship). Please note, clearance isn't required to start (only eligibility). Candidates who are Permanent Residents (Green Card Holders), TN visa holders, H1B or F1 (OPT/CPT) candidates are NOT permitted in this role. This role is NOT open to corp2corp (C2C) or corp2hire (C2H). Position Summary The Integrated Master Scheduler is responsible for preparing, developing, and coordinating Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to support program objectives and contractual requirements. This role ensures schedules and plans are fully integrated across functional areas including engineering, finance, procurement, manufacturing, operations, and quality. The position monitors schedule performance, conducts risk and critical path analysis, and supports program execution through accurate reporting, forecasting, and schedule management activities. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Integrated Master Plans (IMP) Build detailed program schedules utilizing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Responsibility Assignment Matrices (RAM), and Statements of Work (SOW) Ensure horizontal and vertical integration of schedules across all functional groups Monitor program performance against scheduled activities and identify schedule variances Analyze critical paths, driving paths, risks, and opportunities within program schedules Develop and implement schedule recovery plans and workarounds as needed Prepare and deliver regular schedule updates, reports, and contract deliverables for program management and customers Support Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting and compliance activities Ensure schedules and deliverables comply with internal policies, customer requirements, and industry standards Facilitate schedule reviews and communicate program status to stakeholders across the organization Utilize project management tools and methodologies including Gantt charts, PERT charts, milestone tracking, and earned value techniques Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field 4+ years of planning and scheduling experience Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules in compliance with Earned Value Management methodologies Experience utilizing WBS, RAM, and SOW documentation to develop compliant schedules Experience with scheduling software such as: Microsoft Project Primavera Open Plan Strong understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) Preferred Qualifications 4-6 years of Integrated Master Scheduling experience within government or defense environments Experience reading and interpreting government contracts Knowledge of customer and industry compliance standards related to program scheduling and EVM EOE (including Disability/Veterans) How to Apply for
