Salary Range:

Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus. A proactive and positive attitude towards problem-solving. Responsibilities Support daily operations by coordinating schedules, managing calendars, and organizing meetings. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing timely and professional responses. Manage and maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital. Coordinate logistics for team events, training sessions, and client visits. Help streamline operational processes to improve efficiency. Process and track various operational documents and data. Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
