We are currently seeking candidates with exceptional customer service skills to join our team as a Patient Scheduler in a fast-paced Inbound Call Center environment. Duties and Responsibilities:
Be the direct contact for in-bound/out-bound calls for new and existing patients Set up patient appointments/follow-ups for our locations across the US Consult with patients about specific services offered per location Will work independently but with a team player mentality Problem Solving and effective communication skills Comply with HIPAA patient confidentiality regulations Handles 3 screen monitor use Ability to handle 150+ calls dailyExperience Preferred:
1+ year(s) in a high volume call center 1+ year(s) experience with Back-to-back calling 1+ year(s) with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Notepad 1+ year(s) Medical terminology is a plus 3+ years in customer service Familiar with Nextgen and Cisco system Bilingual is a plus Requirements for aPatient Scheduler:
Must be willing to work according to department needs, including- overtime, holidays, and emergency shifts Attendance and Punctuality a MUST (This is mandatory during training; no exceptions) Ability to multitask and time manage efficiently Comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting or standing with intermediate breaks Complete Pre-employment screening such as: skill testing, background check, and drug testing HS Diploma or equivalent education ADCS Clinics LLC participates in equal employment opportunities for all individuals and abides by EEO and nondiscrimination provisions of all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
