JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional who enjoys coordinating schedules, supporting teams, and keeping operations running smoothly? As an Operations Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our Centralized Hospital Operations teams, which provide services to our providers and patients across all 8 HealthPartners hospitals. This role plays an important part in staffing coordination and scheduling, education support, communication and administrative tasks to help ensure seamless and efficient operations across multidisciplinary teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys collaboration, organization, and contributing to innovative healthcare support services.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of administrative or operations experience, preferably in a healthcare or command center setting. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams). Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with staffing coordination or scheduling systems (e.g., Kronos, UKG, Clairvia, MyTime or equivalent) strongly preferred.
