Duluth, Minnesota job type: Contract salary: $67 - 79 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: High School responsibilities: Independently create realistic plans, detailed schedules, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for major, highly complex projects.

Drive robust EVM processes to ensure the accurate reporting of the Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Earned Value curves.

Leverage practical field experience to conduct what-if analyses, identify potential challenges, and proactively formulate recovery plans.

Act as an industry expert to guide planning standards, ensure contractor alignment, and solve complex scheduling problems with minimal supervision.

Efficiently update milestones using tools like Primavera P6 and Power BI, while proactively reporting statuses and risks to project managers.
