In this vital role, you will serve as the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth scheduling, efficient communication, and seamless administrative support. Your proactive approach and exceptional organizational skills will help keep our daily activities on track, providing outstanding support to our team and clients alike. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate appointment job scheduling for chimney sweep(s) using calendar management tools and software. Handle incoming with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries appropriately. Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure all administrative information is up-to-date and error-free. Provide front desk support by greeting visitors, managing office supplies, and ensuring the reception area remains welcoming and organized. Assist with clerical duties such as typing correspondence, preparing reports, proofreading documents, and managing office correspondence. Projects; Admin Support for the Owner Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace tools, and data entry skills. Excellent phone etiquette skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently. Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy. Prior clerical or customer support experience in an office setting is preferred. Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
