JOB SUMMARY
You'll be responsible for preparing and quality-checking a high volume of clothing items so they are ready for photography and sale. Your work in this role is a core part of the operation, driving efficiency and enabling the business to grow. You will follow strict, repeatable processes with a focus on speed AND accuracy.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

) Clothing Prep (Primary Focus) Buttoning, zipping, and preparing garments for processing Hauling clothes to/from work areas Treating stains, washing/drying when needed Lint rolling and sweater shaving Marking flaws clearly and accurately Quality Awareness Scanning items for flaws during prep and handling Shipping (Daily Responsibility) Pull sold items from inventory accurately Weigh items and print shipping labels Package items correctly and efficiently Inventory Handling Build and organize inventory boxes Move boxes of clothing to/from work areas Support During Sourcing (Growth Opportunity) Assist with scanning items for flaws while sourcing inventory Learn how to identify valuable inventory over timeWHO THIS ROLE IS FOR

Starting:
$16/hr Performance Bonuses (Paid Every 2 Weeks): Average performer: $50-$100 Solid performer: $100-$150 Top performers: $150+ Bonuses are based on consistency, accuracy, and maintaining a strong work pace. Top performers can reach ~ $18/hr+ total compensation through bonuses.BENEFITS

Learn directly alongside the owner Identify high-value inventory Earn $30-$40/hr at high performance You'll also gain: Exposure to how a real business operates Insight into decision-making and strategy Personal growth from working in a high-performance environment This business sells 175+ items per week, sources 500 items weekly, and has grown from a one-person operation to a multi-employee business within the first year of running full time. The sourcing role is the next position we are building — and it will go to someone already on the team. If you want to grow, there is no ceiling here.WORK ENVIRONMENT

2 days/week: ~10-hour days in the Twin Cities (sourcing runs) 3 days/week: ~6-7 hour days at our workspace in Elysian, MN Travel Sourcing days require travel to the Twin Cities (approximately 1hr 15min from Elysian). Transportation is your responsibility. Sourcing days are currently flexible week to week — scheduling will be communicated in advance with enough notice to plan around. As the team grows, these days will move toward a fixed weekly schedule. Daily Breakdown (Varies by day):Shipping:
~1 hour each morning Prep work: majority of in-office day Inventory handling: box building, organizing, and moving inventory Inventory sourcing days: scanning for flaws and sorting inventory for purchaseSTART DATE
