Shipping and Receiving Expeditor Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Posts shipping charges and destination on delivery services and forwards invoices Assists in preparing production and non-production orders for shipment Receives incoming shipments and verifies for correctness, checks for damage, and directs goods to proper areas Assists with packaging of outgoing orders Verifies orders are packaged correctly per work instructions and completes necessary paperwork Performs inventory count verifications and assists with cycle counts
Education/Experience:
1+ years of experience in shipping and receiving Experience working with lot numbers Experience using IQMS, or an equivalent ERP system Basic math skills Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment Experience using Fedex and UPS systems (preferred)
Other Details:
Monday - Friday schedule 7am - 3:30pm shifts Comprehensive benefits offered
