Service Scheduler

Thatcher Pools and Spas is seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Service Scheduler for an intermediate level position to join our growing team. Thatcher Pools is a premier pool and spa retailer. Job Duties:

Assist the Senior Service Scheduler with various tasks as assigned Answer phone calls received in the service department to gather information from customers to write up any service work that is requested Scheduling residential & commercial service calls, as well as deliveries of commercial chemicals, spas, saunas, and furniture Assist with communicating between service technicians and store staff Obtain/verify credit card numbers on file for every service call before it is scheduled

Qualifications:

Proficient computer skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with routinely shifting demands High degree of attention to detail Data entry experience Ability to multitask and change priorities quickly Comfortable working with customers and vendors via phone calls and emails Thatcher Pools and Spas is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
