Were looking for a Business Systems & Training Administrator to support and improve the operational software systems that help drive our business forward. In this role, youll serve as the primary internal resource for Aspire and other operational software platforms, supporting employees through training, troubleshooting, onboarding, and workflow improvements. Youll work closely with leadership, sales, production, and administrative teams to help maintain system consistency, improve efficiency, and support day-to-day operations. Growth Opportunity Ongoing learning and professional development Impact-Driven Role Help improve systems and operational efficiency Collaborative Environment Work cross-functionally with multiple departments Technology-Focused Position Hands-on involvement with Aspire and operational tools Overtime Eligible Additional earning potential Our Core Values Committed to Safety Protects people and property Passion to Serve Fully present and customer focused Positive Attitude Team player mindset Solutions Provider Resourceful problem solver What Youll Do Aspire & Operational Systems Administration Serve as the primary day-to-day administrator for Aspire and related operational software Maintain user access, templates, pricing kits, and operational configurations Troubleshoot software issues and support routine system setup Assist with testing, rollouts, and implementation of new tools and updates Help maintain consistency across departments and workflows Training, Support & Adoption Train and support employees on Aspire and operational software workflows Provide one-on-one troubleshooting and user support Create and maintain SOPs, training materials, and reference guides Identify common user issues and improve training resources proactively Communicate software updates, best practices, and process improvements clearly Workflow Improvement & Data Quality Identify opportunities to simplify or improve recurring tasks and workflows Review data accuracy and process consistency within Aspire Perform quality checks on opportunities, work setup, and operational records Support managers with correcting setup errors and workflow inconsistencies Escalate larger process or systems improvement opportunities as needed Operational Coordination Serve as a first-line resource for operational software questions Support sales, production, and administrative teams with software-related coordination Assist leadership with implementation tasks and seasonal operational setup needs Help teams adapt to new tools and processes with minimal disruption Software Platforms Supported Aspire Landscape Software Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint) Sitefotos and operational field tools Additional operational and business software platforms What Were Looking For Experience using Aspire or similar operational/business management software preferred Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems Experience training or supporting employees on software tools and workflows Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to troubleshoot issues and develop practical solutions Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, sales, finance, and administrative teams Experience in landscaping, field services, or operational environments preferred Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools including Excel, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Valid drivers license preferred Working Conditions Primarily office-based with occasional visits to branch or operational locations Frequent computer and software system use throughout the day Collaborative work environment supporting multiple departments Fast-paced environment with changing priorities and operational needs Offered compensation: $56,000/yr
