Schedule Wednesday:

8:00 AM - 12:00

PM Thursday & Friday:

8:00-4:00, 9:00-5:00, or 10:00-6:00

Weekend:

On-call (phone only outside of emergencies) Pay $25/hour (active work) $10/day on-call stipend (earned by meeting expectations) $25/hour for any time worked during on-call • Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Operations Assistant to support daily business operations across multiple locations. This role is designed for someone who wants to learn operations at a high level and grow into a leadership position over time. This is not a traditional entry-level role—it requires initiative, accountability, and strong problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Manage communication (calls, texts, emails, follow-ups) Assist with scheduling and team coordination Identify and help resolve operational issues Complete reports and assist with compliance inspections Monitor store performance and identify improvement areas Support weekend issues as needed (phone-based) Maintain organization and assist with light cleaning tasks as needed. • Work Environment Primary location: Warroad, MN Occasional travel to International Falls required On-site role with some flexibility • On-Call Expectations Must be available by phone and respond within 30 minutes Phone-based support only In-person response only in true emergencies if requested On-call does not restrict normal personal activities Training & Development (7 Weeks) Week 1: Orientation and role expectations Week 2: Food operations Week 3: Registers and front operations Week 4: Treats and dessert production Week 5: Inspections and food safety Week 6: Certification and transition Week 7: Independent execution Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to problem-solve independently Reliable and responsive Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Willing to take on both operational and basic tasks Interest in long-term growth into leadership Experience in admin, operations, or restaurant preferred Growth Opportunity This position has the potential to grow into a full-time leadership role for the right candidate.
