Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Integrated Planning & Scheduling (IP&S) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist (Level 4) to support various F-15 programs in Berkeley, Missouri, reporting to theF-15 IP&S
manager. Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success in this position, along with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and utilize problem-solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities.Position Responsibilities:
Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standar d Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiative s Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or projec t Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision make r Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completio n Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objective s Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholder s This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Berkeley, MO. This position must meet export control compliance requirements. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Experience in a finance, scheduling, industrial engineering, change management, strategy, program management, or project management rol e 5+ years' experience in change management, program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, or Business Operation s 5+ years' experience developing/maintaining team schedules, resource management, earned value management, risk management, and project managemen t Bachelors Degree or highe r Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience using Open Plan Professiona l Experience using Microsoft Projec t Experience using Milestone Professiona l Conflict of interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
