Job Description
Field service calls and follow-up on customer repairs Consult with customers by telephone to provide information and schedule service Update customer files and ensure accuracy of job-site details and completeness Maintain basic knowledge of customer specific products and/or services Track, document and retrieve information in job management database Track (incoming/outgoing) material shipments and ensure job-site readiness Follow up on installations/repairs to confirm quality of service Maintain positive working relationships with customers, outside sales staff, service technicians and management Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance Ensure that customer documentation is maintained: Safety Documents and Equipment Service Schedule Facilitate service manager with essential job details; coordination of material and field technicians Other duties as assigned
