Contractor About the Role The Customer Service Operations Associate ("CSOA")•Filing Contractor plays a crucial role within CT's Business Licensing ("BL") Team. You will support the filing team, handle PTO administration, and prepare/submit applications to obtain, amend, renew, or close licenses and registrations for our clients across a range of industries. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and file standard, advanced, and specialized applications and renewals for a variety of clients and industries Submit 50-100 applications per week, depending on the complexity of filings Collaborate closely with Customer Success Associate-Account Managers ("CSA") for timely fulfillment and barrier resolution on filing orders Document any changes to filing processes within the internal database by communicating updates to onboarding/research teams Operate efficiently in a collaborative team environment Manage multiple projects simultaneously Assist with workload coverage when filing team members are on PTO Other duties as assigned, such as performing account audits and helping the Operations Team during heavy mailing months Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required 1-2 years of data entry and/or licensing experience preferred Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication with government agencies and colleagues Demonstrated tact and discretion when handling sensitive data Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with personal computers using a Windows-based environment (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe PDF) Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Outstanding organization skills across all project workflows Superb time management capabilities Commitment to maintaining a customer-centric focus and work ethic Resume not required 10381583 Share this job Copied url To save a job sign in or get started To apply for this job email your details to I want more jobs like this in my inbox.
