Part-Time | Weekend Hours | Hourly + Commission About Us Generator Supercenter of St. Louis specializes in whole-home Generac generator installations. We help homeowners protect their homes from power outages with turnkey generator solutions, including installation, permitting, service, monitoring, and maintenance. We are looking for an outgoing, friendly, and reliable person to represent our company at local Costco events. This is a great part-time opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, has a positive attitude, and wants weekend hours with the ability to earn extra commission. What You'll Do You'll stand at our Costco booth and help introduce customers to our whole-home generator program. This is not a high-pressure sales job.

Your main job is to:

Greet Costco members as they walk by Explain that Costco members may qualify for significant rebate opportunities on a whole-home generator project Answer basic questions about home standby generators Explain our free in-home quote process Collect customer information from interested homeowners Help set appointments for our sales team Keep the booth clean, professional, and welcoming We will train you on the basic generator information you need to know. You do not need prior generator, electrical, or sales experience. We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, upbeat, and comfortable talking to strangers Reliable and punctual Available on weekends Professional in appearance and attitude Comfortable standing for several hours Able to follow a simple script and process Interested in earning commission on top of hourly pay Retail, restaurant, customer service, event, or sales experience is helpful, but not required. Compensation This is a W-2 part-time employee position with: Hourly base pay Commission opportunities for qualified leads and/or appointments set Paid training Schedule Weekend availability is preferred.
