Medical Scheduler Coordinator

Due to our continued growth, we are expanding our team! We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to help create a smooth and positive experience for our patients from their very first interaction. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and takes pride in accuracy and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls in a professional and timely manner Schedule and manage patient appointments accurately Verify and research patient insurance coverage Provide support at check-in and check-out as needed Deliver excellent customer service with every patient interaction

Qualifications:

Strong communication and multitasking skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous medical office or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
