Job Description As a Service Expediter, your role is to leave a positive impression on current and prospective customers and assist technicians with an efficient process. Duties/Responsibilities Staging and preparation of units in the service bays Shop cleanliness and upkeep Courtesy inspections on all major units checked into service. Quality Control by reviewing repair/service orders to verify completion of requested jobs. Unit appearance Moving power sports units into and out of the service areas Assist customers while they drop off and pick up power sports units- service and sales areas. Operation of tractor and forklift Skills/Qualifications Ability to operate various types of power equipment, including lawnmowers, weed trimmers, forklifts, tractors, trucks, and a variety of hand and powered equipment. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist intermittently or continuously. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Experience/Education A high school diploma or equivalent Professional appearance and courteous manners Ability to operate all yard equipment. Have valid state driver's license. Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening.
