Operations Coordinator

Overview We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Operations Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for managing workflow, coordinating deliveries, and leading warehouse staff to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety across all operations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can balance logistics, team management, and operational detail in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse staff Coordinate and schedule delivery orders and routes Verify materials and orders before loading onto trucks Communicate with customers to schedule and confirm deliveries Receive incoming containers and ensure accurate inventory handling Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and workflow efficiency Enforce safety standards and conduct regular safety meetings Monitor equipment usage and ensure proper handling of materials Collaborate with management to improve operational processes Requirements Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics required Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Comfortable working in a hands-on environment Strong communication skills (team + customer-facing) Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50+ lbs) as needed

Preferred:

Experience in the stone, granite, or building materials industry Familiarity with forklifts and warehouse equipment Benefits Health insurance
