Now hiring! Field Bulk Operations Representative - RTP NC We are looking for a Field Bulk Operations Representative to join our Agricultural Solutions team in Research Triangle Park. The Field Bulk Operations Representative is critical in the sales enablement and execution of bulk shipments to our retail bulk locations. This role facilitates the contractual requirements for stainless steel tank purchases as well as retail repack agreements and is the liaison for field sales equipment purchases. In addition, this role ensures proper documentation and record keeping practices are kept for all financial and field related audits. Finally, this role collaborates with the Field Bulk Operations Specialist to support internal and external activities ensuring that bulk products can be shipped to retail in a timely, safe and sustainable manner. As a Field Bulk Operations Representative - RTP NC, you create chemistry by... Maintaining and monitoring the tank inspection program, coordinating with Customer Service, Field Staff and external vendors for inspections, equipment and telemetry, while representing BASF on the industry AASA board to establish and digitalize inspection standards. Driving digital platform improvements and maintenance for bulk operations (e.g., Salesforce, Farm2Cloud, Bulk Website), including equipment management, label ordering, and other digital changes to ensure business needs and EPA compliance are met. Facilitating contractual execution and documentation for tank acquisitions and retail repackaging, maintaining documentation for legal documents using ICM, and coordinating audit and compliance matters with the EPA. Coordinating label updates and availability for bulk and repackaging with stewardship, legal, and external partners, serving as the primary ORT contact and ensures terminals have correct labels to meet shipping and financial targets. Being responsible for the administration of the internal bulk website including the harmonization of information with other internal reports/systems, maintaining GL and cost center accuracy to support financial targets and steering, and driving efficiency across bulk processes to continuously improve the movement and stewardship of bulk products. If you... Bachelor and 2-4 years of experience in office type setting. Strong analytical thinking to develop impactful reporting Strong communication skills with all levels of the organization. Ability to proactively recognize risk, mitigate risk, and communicate accordingly Strong organizational skills using digital platforms. Strong Microsoft office skills Tracked, replenished and ordered related supplies Supported administrative staff, delegated tasks, and ensured team performance and efficiency Assisted with budget preparation and financial reporting tasks.
