Process a wide range of disbursement transactions in accordance with contract provisions and regulatory guidelines. Handle cost basis activities associated with surrender requests, ensuring all required documentation and calculations are complete and accurate. Utilize multiple internal systems to manage daily workflow and transaction processing. Review and approve the accuracy and completeness of transactions processed by team members. Bachelors Degree is Required Prior experience in financial services operations, transaction processing, or a similar back‑office environment.
