Server/ Bartender/Expeditor

Responsibilities Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring timely delivery to guests Serve food and drinks with enthusiasm, maintaining high standards of customer service and hospitality Expedite orders from the kitchen to ensure dishes are prepared correctly and served promptly Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and providing correct change Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in compliance with health regulations during serving, food handling, and food safety practices Assist in setting up banquet events as needed, providing excellent catering or bar service in various settings Engage with guests proactively to upsell menu items, enhancing sales opportunities while delivering a memorable dining experience Requirements Previous restaurant experience preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments; banquet experience is a plus Proficiency with POS systems; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude; ability to serve multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy hours Experience with catering or beverage service including brewing or bartending is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends; previous hospitality or food industry experience is highly valued Join us in creating an energetic atmosphere where great service meets exceptional cuisine!
