If you thrive on precision, process discipline, and smooth machine cycles, this role is for you. What you'll tackle Does every work order have the correct, up-to-date router? You'll confirm it does—every time. Will you keep documentation airtight? Expect to handle updates, signatures, stamps, counts, labels, and non-conformance steps. How do you prevent scrap? By monitoring cycles closely and flagging any malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining to the Lead/Supervisor right away. Can you hit the clock? You'll aim to meet standard times and speak up early if a job won't make it. What ensures quality mid-run? Diligent part inspection, measurement, and in-process checks—with fast escalation of discrepancies. What keeps production flowing? A clean machine, organized tooling, and a tidy work area you maintain throughout the shift. How do we stay consistent? By following company procedures and best machine practices without exception.
