Raleigh, NC (Onsite) Company Overview Wake Radiology UNC REX Healthcare is the Triangle's largest outpatient imaging provider, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care through advanced technology, highly skilled staff, and compassionate service. We are seeking PRN S chedulers to join our Raleigh office in our call center. Note, there is no guarantee of hours. This is not a full-time position. Position Summary We are seeking PRN Radiology Schedulers to support our high‑volume radiology scheduling team as needed. This position is ideal for individuals who are flexible, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced call center environment. The PRN Scheduler will assist with inbound and outbound calls, appointment scheduling, and patient communication during periods of increased call volume, staff shortages, or extended hours.

Please note:

this is not a remote position. Responsibilities Schedule imaging procedures for patients across multiple offices. Communicate clearly and courteously with patients and physician office staff to coordinate appointments. Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining professionalism, empathy, and accuracy during each interaction. Manage a high volume of scheduling requests while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to support scheduling needs and departmental goals. Qualifications Why Wake Radiology?
