Operations Assistant

A Successful Candidate will: Be able to work with minimal supervision Be highly self-motivated and display initiative Have a positive attitude Communicate openly and honestly Live and operate in line with our core values Have strong organizational skills Have experience with HouseCall Pro and Quickbooks Online (or be willing to learn it) Responsibilities Assist technicians with morning concerns as they leave the shop Return calls, emails, and text messages promptly Qualify leads, schedule, organize, and keep service appointments without supervision. Maintain service agreements log Maintain and update operational processes for improvement and efficiency Maintain attendance records and technician hours Problem solve with clients and employees Acquire permits as required. Train/assist/schedule technicians on HCP to ensure their success. Maintain accounting of job costing in
