You will be responsible for answering calls and scheduling with the appropriate technician. Your main responsibility will be answering calls and getting the customer either scheduled or giving them the information they are requesting. Secondarily you will learn the ins and outs of handling parts and assisting with checking in and pulling parts for the technicians for the next day and other office duties as you go. Our goal is to teach all office personnel how to cover any other office member in case of absence. Hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm with rotating Saturdays from 8am-12pm. Pay is negotiated based on experience. Willing to train the right candidate.
