At Valley Regional Hospital, patients are the center of our coordinated care system and right now we have an opening for a Central Scheduler to join our team in the Diagnostic Center. The primary responsibility of the Central Scheduler is: Order Entry for Lab and Radiology
Result retrieval and report printing
Quick registrations for Lab
Scan Providers notes and Consent forms
Phone operating screening for multiple departments
Check EMR for all laboratory and radiology orders
Making CDs of patient images as required An ideal candidate would have the following qualifications: Medical Terminology Recommended
Insurance Knowledge Required
Working in a hospital (or scheduling) setting 1-2 years recommended.
