In this role, you'll be at the center of daily operations—ensuring housing environments are safe, compliant, and supportive for the individuals we serve. This is more than an operations role—it's an opportunity to help create stability and dignity for Veterans by maintaining high-quality living environments and supporting a strong residential community. What You'll Do Conduct housing inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with HUD and VA standardsCoordinate with maintenance and facilities teams to address repairs and property needsServe as a key point of contact for resident concerns and support conflict resolutionReinforce community expectations and promote a respectful, structured living environmentPartner with case managers and program staff to support housing stabilityMonitor compliance, track issues, and maintain accurate documentation You'll work across multiple sites, balancing independence with collaboration, and playing a key role in maintaining environments where Veterans can thrive.
