We're seeking a motivated Internal Operations Associate to join our Bellmawr team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career within a stable, fast-paced wholesale flooring distribution company where your contributions truly make an impact. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations — helping keep everything running smoothly across multiple departments including purchasing, inventory, special orders, returns and quotes. What You'll Do ✨ Provide internal support to our sales, warehouse, and management teams Process returns and resolve related documentation accurately Support purchasing activities, including order entry and vendor communication Help manage and reconcile inventory transactions Coordinate and track special orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness Prepare and assist with customer quotes and pricing documentation ️ Maintain accurate records in company systems Collaborate cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency Step in where needed — this role is built for cross-training and flexibility Every day brings something different — perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment! Salary Range:

$18

• 22/hr The listed range is a guideline and does not limit consideration of candidates with exceptional qualifications.
