Client Scheduling Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and service-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in Bridgewater, New Jersey. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in managing scheduling processes and ensuring seamless communication with clients and business partners. This role requires a strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

Supported onboarding and training of new hires by aligning schedules with skill level and operational needs. Ensured compliance with company policies while delivering consistent, detail‑oriented service.
