Project Scheduler III Holtec - 2.4 Camden, NJ Job Details $110,000 - $130,000 a year 23 hours ago Benefits Wellness program Commuter assistance AD&D insurance Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Employee assistance program Vision insurance Qualifications Critical path method Spreadsheets Primavera Schedule creation Primavera P6 Productivity software Earned value management Full Job Description The Project Scheduler III supports the SMR-300 Program by developing, maintaining, analyzing, and reporting integrated project schedules across engineering, licensing, procurement, manufacturing, construction, commissioning, and vendor activities. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers and functional leads to ensure schedule integrity, performance measurement, forecasting, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for the SMR-300 Program. Establish and maintain logic-driven schedules in Primavera P6. Coordinate schedule development with project management, engineering, licensing, procurement, manufacturing, construction, and commissioning teams. Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks and opportunities. Support monthly project controls reporting, forecasting, and management reviews. Evaluate schedule changes and assess impacts to key milestones and deliverables. Support earned value management (EVM) and progress measurement activities. Maintain schedule configuration control and data integrity. Prepare executive-level schedule reports, dashboards, and presentations. Participate in risk management and project planning activities. Mentor junior schedulers and support project controls process improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related discipline. Minimum seven (7) years of project scheduling and project controls experience. Proficiency with Primavera P6. Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining complex integrated project schedules. Strong knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling. Experience supporting large capital projects, EPC projects, manufacturing programs, or energy projects. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete work in a timely fashion with minimal supervision. U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent resident status. Nuclear industry experience. Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS). PSP, PMP, EVP, or equivalent professional certification. Experience with schedule risk analysis tools. Ability to analyze complex project information and communicate results effectively. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams. Strong attention to detail and commitment to schedule quality. Annual compensation based on skills and experience ranging from $110,000 to $130,000
