Job Summary:
Responsible for the management and coordination of daily front office operation while acting as a patient care coordinator, scheduler, insurance pre-certifier, and performing other clerical/medical assistant/secretarial functions. Must have strong critical thinking and analytical skills for problem solving. Must demonstrated strong customer service, interpersonal communication and organizational skills. Able to foster effective teamwork. Must be able to work in a fast-pace, high phone and patient volume. Ability to pay attention to details, often changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure. Able to use effective time managements to set priorities.

Job Essentials:
2 years secretarial experience in a fast paced environment. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Proficient in Microsoft applications, specifically
Outlook and Word Education Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate's Degree preferred Englewood Health job postings provide a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.
