Nurse Scheduling Coordinator

Now Hiring - Nurse Scheduling Coordinator An established and growing long term care organization is seeking an experienced Schedule Coordinator to join our team. This role plays an important part in supporting our nursing departments and helping ensure smooth day-to-day staffing operations.

What You'll Do:

Manage and maintain schedules for RNs, LPNs, and CNAs Assist with coverage for call-offs and schedule adjustments Help maintain appropriate staffing levels Communicate schedule updates and staffing needs with team members Track attendance, overtime, and staffing trends Partner with nursing leadership to support daily operations Prior scheduling experience in Long term or Hospital setting is required.
