About the Role We're a fast-growing healthcare organization looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Executive Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day executive and corporate operations. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their professional career who is eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience working closely with leadership in a fast-paced business environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while learning new systems and processes quickly. What You'll Do Support Executive Assistants and leadership teams with daily administrative and operational tasks Coordinate calendars, meetings, scheduling, and internal communications Maintain and update information across internal systems and spreadsheets Create, organize, and track reports, templates, and operational documents Assist with CRM and internal systems management Help ensure projects and tasks stay organized and completed on time Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Provide general operational and administrative support across departments What We're Looking For 1-3 years of professional administrative, office, operations, or coordinator experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities Tech-savvy and confident learning new software and systems Strong communication and follow-up skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel Comfortable using spreadsheets, formulas, sorting/filtering, and basic reporting functions Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude Bonus Points For Experience supporting leadership or executive teams Experience using CRM or operational management systems Healthcare or corporate office experience Why Join Us Opportunity to grow within a fast-growing organization Exposure to executive-level operations and business processes Collaborative and professional team environment Hands-on experience with operations, systems, and leadership support Strong opportunities for professional development and advancement Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Health Savings Account (HSA) Additional Information Full-time, fully on-site role in Lakewood, NJ Must be able to commute daily
