E-Commerce Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities Inventory & Shipment Management Receive, unpack, and check in all incoming shipments with accuracy and efficiency Inspect products for quality and report any issues Maintain organized stockroom and inventory systems Shopify Product Setup Upload new products to Shopify Write and edit product descriptions aligned with brand voice Tag products accurately to support site navigation and merchandising Ensure product information, pricing, and inventory levels are correct Weigh each product for shipping price accuracy Product Photography Take clean, elevated product photos (primarily camera or iPhone-based) Ensure images meet brand standards for the website Upload and organize imagery within Shopify Order Fulfillment & Shipping Pick, pack, and ship online orders promptly Print shipping labels and coordinate outgoing shipments with various carriers Maintain a high standard of packaging and presentation In-Store Support Assist customers on the sales floor during busy periods Deliver a warm, helpful, and elevated customer experience Support general store upkeep and merchandising Qualifications Experience with Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform (preferred) Highly organized and process-oriented with strong attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple tasks and workflows simultaneously Strong written communication skills (for product descriptions) Professional, reliable, and proactive Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with customers

Schedule & Details Part-Time:

20-25 hours per week

Schedule:

3-4 days per week, including one weekend day
