Construction Project Coordinator / Scheduler

Job Summary Ocean City Fiberglass is looking for a highly organized and reliable Project Coordinator to manage scheduling, coordinate crews, and communicate with clients throughout the entire project process. This position is office-based in Ocean City, NJ and plays a key role in keeping projects organized and running smoothly. Responsibilities Manage and maintain the company project calendar Schedule jobs and assign crews Add new clients to the calendar Communicate with clients from start to completion Provide project updates and answer client questions Answer incoming phone calls Coordinate with field supervisors about job progress Adjust schedule due to weather or job conditions Follow up with clients before and during projects Keep notes and job information organized Support daily office operations Requirements Strong organizational skills Good communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable and professional Comfortable answering phones Basic computer skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
