Starting at $20/hour About the Role We are seeking a highly reliable, hands-on Operations Assistant to support our vacation rental portfolio during the peak summer season. This is a fast-paced, field-based role that requires strong attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to take ownership of tasks and problem-solve independently. This is not a passive role—this position is best suited for someone who is proactive, self-sufficient, and takes pride in making sure everything is executed at a high level. Core Responsibilities 1. Turnover Prep & Cleaning Support (First Half of Day) Assist in preparing properties for same-day turnovers Support and coordinate with cleaning teams as needed Ensure all units are on track to be completed on schedule 2. Quality Assurance Inspections (Second Half of Day) Conduct detailed inspections after each cleaning Ensure each unit is fully guest-ready Take photos and document condition of the property Identify and report any damages or issues 3. General Operations Support Handle day-to-day tasks and errands as needed Assist the team with operational needs across properties Step in to resolve issues quickly and efficiently Requirements Must live locally in or near Seaside Heights, NJ Must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel between properties Available Wednesday through Sunday, including holidays Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment What We're Looking For This is not a role for someone just looking to "check a box."
