Job Description

SINGH & SINGH
Distribution is looking for full time Office Administrator/OPERATIONS
COORDINATOR
. They need someone who can work with clients and as well as with other office staff to ensure constant workflow.
Duties consist of:
Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Maintain daily records, files, and documentation. Manage office supplies and place purchase orders when required. Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars. Maintain company databases and update records regularly. Handle courier services, shipments, and logistics coordination. Coordinate IT support and maintain office equipment. Handling utility accounts and bills (electricity, gas, water, internet, phone services, etc.) to keep accounts updated. Liaise with utility providers to ensure uninterrupted services. Maintain records of all transferred accounts and related documentation. Time management Attention to detail. Must have basic to intermediate level of knowledge of word and excel and Quick Books. Must Speak English and Hindi. Office timing 9 to 6 pm., Monday to Friday. Must have a Legal Status to work in the United States.
